I've been itching to get back into some folding for a long long time, can't afford 24/7 folding electricity though. But I'm getting a GTX 1660 Ti to do some video editing and...hey, gotta fold a bit don't u know!

I googled GTX 1660 Ti folding PPD and came across this page. Seriously, 1.3M PPD, does that sound right?

If that's correct maybe I could fold with the big dogs in the team 32 top 20 for a while...¿sí?

I use that site for checking was cards can do, and it is fairly reasonable. You'll get above and below it, but probably average close to it.

The 1660Ti mobile in a well-ventilated RazerBlade15 is good for about 575kPPD, so 1.3 on a desktop chip that's kept fed and watered doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility.

Plans have changed a bit, turns out I'm [first] getting one of torin3's 1080TIs, which should yield some great folding goodness. Before warm weather (and higher electric bills) sets in, I will pull the trigger on that 1660 Ti and put into [email protected] service.

Here's some data for you to chew on Tim. Not folding actively with this card anymore so I don't have data points on the current WU mix. But this validates what you're seeing elsewhere.
