Hey guys I was hoping I could get some help with an issue I'm having. I recently flashed my 2 msi gtx 670 pe cards with voltage unlocked bios (always a good start to a "problems" thread) I have done this before in the past, tried the unlocked bios, didn't like it (core de-clocking due to power limitation), then flashed back to my stock bios. All without problems. Now, after trying another unlocked bios, not liking it, and trying to flash back I still get horrible driver/SLI issues after the reflash to stock.
I have tried multiple reflashes to my stock bios, downloaded current MSI bios, and another older msi bios I found, both with and without video drivers installed and both in and out of windows with nvflash. I have also done a clean windows install several times. I have used driver cleaner, as well as the manual registry cleaning methods. The exact issue is that if a nvidia driver is installed there are random flashes (followed by driver malfunction message)/BSODs/restarts. Occasionally it will work ok until SLI is attempted to be engaged. Once I observed perfect working behavior with an installed driver but noticed the second card was not even appearing in the system. Also the computer works fine in safe mode, but I don't believe it tries to utilize the second card in safe mode.I worry that the second card has been corrupted to a point that any bios update does not work (even though nvflash says successful). Is this something that can happen?
Also, I should mention that I"m running a chilled liquid cooled computer, which is the reason I have not tried swapping the cards out quite yet. I hope to do this tonight, but it's not super simple due to condensation-proofing measures. Any other suggestions before I break into my condensation-proofing stuff?
Thanks for any help!

are the bios your stock bios that you used KGB to unlock? or bios you got from the internet?

i read a lot on this, no one had the hydro copper bios... so i did it myself with KGB and it works great.
