I have Radioheads CD, Hail to the Thief (Awesome BTW). I own the CD and just got a MP3 player and want to rip it (into Sonys comppressesioin thinggy) but it just wont rip. Its my CD and Canadian law states that I can rip it for my own personal use and want to do so but cant. Is there a peice of software that will let me rip it, or do I do the marker trick?

I tried that one too but EAC/LAME ripped just as fast and had smaller files when both ripped highest quality varible bitrate MP3s.

Either will work well but EAC has the ability of ripping from scratched CDs and correcting the errors.
