In the bios of my A7V mobo is an option to halt on all errors, no errors etc. The problem I'm having is during shutdown, the computer bsod's on me with Windows Protection error, you must restart your computer. It doesn't do it all the time but it gets real irritating. Any ideas? I've turned the halt on onto no errors so it should work. Is this good? Anyone with the answer? I'm running win ME with the 1005C bios and a Duron 750 @ 884. It had the error with no O/C as well.
Thx

The BSOD is no fun....
Its not your mobo its Win ME. Me and my friends was having same problems and searched the net for solutions. It turned out to be a Win ME problem when a fast PC turns off too early for Win ME.
MSoft has a solution for this but didnt help us , so we uninstalled ME.
