The Step Thermodynamics line of heatsinks. They look like they might be able to cool well for the price. If anyone has them let us hear about it. Heres the link.

The rhetoric on their page is a "little deep" and the products look like GlobalWin, with the exception of the speed controller cards. Hard to tell whose fans they use though. Unless those fans are something special, I'd say the rest of their offering certainly isn't. If you are looking for an HSF that is really nice, the choices abound. Consider the ThermoEngine. A very "forward thinking" design.

hey, thats a WBK38 from Globalwin with an added circuit board. Looks like a delta black label fan to me. Nothing special there, unless the price is good, under $30 US, then it is useless.

actually the first two look like the FOP38. I have two fop 38s, boy they look similar.

I checked them out at Resellerratings.com and they get a 3.2. Some guy said that the cooler sucks and that a Globalwin FDP32 kept his chip cooler. Too bad he didn't say which cooler he ordered. Another weird thing is the way the fans are attached to the heatsinks. It looks exactly like the Globalwin way.

A rating of 3.2 at http://www.resellerratings.com ! I'm breathless with enthusiasm!! These guys are weirdoid creeps, give 'em a wide berth. "We sell the best Ram in the world--but--you must buy one of our yummy HSF's to get that Ram." Dunno if this company line is still extant. Who cares. Forget them. Personally, I hate etailers that rebrand off the shelf cooling gear! This is our "Alpha Mo-Fo, ya Ho." Arrgh!
