Has anyone tested the ThermoEngine w/7000rpm fan?

I am looking for the best cooler for my unlocked AXIA 1.33ghz TBird. I was thinking this might be the best for overclocking. Any suggestions. Oh sound is not an issues with me.

We are trying to get ahold of a couple to test. We've had good luck with the Vantec FCe-62540D w/Delta and Alpha PAL6035 w/Delta on the 1.33/266.
