Has Anyone Tried MSI Live BIOS Flash Utility, Good/Bad?

I need to update the BIOS on my MSI 6309 mobo and MSI has a live auto detect and flashing process that sounds to good to be true. Looking for any feedback, good or bad........

Wrong guy, I do flight sim's, USAF, WW2 Fighters, etc.

ive got falcon 4.0 but no one to play with yet, love those flight sims

I am not sure how it works but if it flashes your bios straight from the internet seems kind of risky to me.
Not to mention flashing while in windows
