HD3850 Clocked at 297MHz

I can't clock it above this, and I've attempted to install the latest drivers off the AMD website. Earlier I had tried to install Omega drivers hoping they'd be better but now I'm stuck with this, how do I uninstall the omega drivers and install the ATi Drivers again? It's not allowing me to rollback the drivers.

More than likely you're just reading your clocks at idle,they drop to 300 mhz to save power and reduce heat. Down load GPU-Z and see what clocks it shows. Are you using CCC to OC? If so,when you raise the clocks and test,you should also see them rise while testing.

Those are you idle or 2D clocks, or it's not getting enough power.
