Is there any way to hook up a Smart Fan II Cool Mod with the hdd light on the motherboard, AND the hdd light that came with the case?

you can try splicing them together, but the board might not put out enough juice to make them both really bright. Other option is if you use an ata100 or raid card. You can have one set of lights on the onboard and another on the card.

OR you can also hook the smart fan II up the the onboard lan led headers.
