i was wanting to know if any one here knew of a heater core that i can get from autozone that is the size of a 120MM fan or two 80mm fans.

The 86 chevette core is the most cost effective for it's size, I think the earl model sidekicks have a almost perfect 120mm HC but there in the $175-200 range. There is an European 1993 (I think) escort core that dose 3X 80mm but it's around $100.
