Heatercore choice

will any heater core do?.. im going to the local junkyard this weekend and just wondering if there is any prefered heatercore... im in the UK too so no US models

just make sure that it uses a copper tube and has clean fins the more the better but you want to see light on the other side

I think that the escort cores are fairly small. There is a British version of the escort, right? Check that one.

would i be better getting one from an estate.. wouldnt it be bigger coz of the larger area to warm up? just a thought

They are small, 6x6x2.

Since you guys over seas seem to have the exact same Chevette as the US except sold under the Vauxhal name, its worth a shot.
