Heatsinks for the radeon's 9700 pro memory chips

hey i was gonna get thesehttp://www.frozencpu.com/cgi-bin/frozencpu/ram-03.html but before i order i just dont understand the logic of how there supposed to stay on?
is the thermal compount just supposed to hold it? i dont get it there are no clips or push pins how does instalation work? can someone explain this to me and recommend some memory kool kits for my radeon 9700 pro

Thermal epoxy. Arctic Silver Epoxy is ideal. they also sell it at that store.
