hey whats a good sub-$30 heatsink (preferably with a fan) that is somewhat quite and has very good heat dissapation. thanks for any suggestions

vantec areocool is a good one. or try to find a TR sink with a slow fan.

This site has a good Thermal Right SLK-700 i just baught it and i absolutly love the cool-ablity! great deal and also below $30.

IMHO, the alx-800 is a better choice than an SLK-700 because you can put a better fan on top.
