New guy here...what is the best value card I could use on my ABIT VA-6 board with a P-III 700? Right now I don't want to replace MB and processor if I can possibly avoid it. I am open to suggestions and please keep in mind I am new to this. Thanks

Depending on what you've got i dont know that you'll notice too much from any card, but who's to say.

ti4200 or ati 9500pro

Your CPU is way to slow for a GeForce4-Ti4x00 let alone a much faster ATI RADEON 9500 PRO. A good card to fit your CPU would be an ATi RADEON 7500 or a GeForce2-Ultra. Upgrade that CPU!

Thanks for the info....700 is as fast as this old MB can support,so I will look for a G3 or Rad7500....plan to build a better system soon and give this one to my son...what's he want for free,right?...
