HELP, AMD Athlon 1ghz, 200mhz???

How can I modify my Gateway Board Mobo. OAAVW. Can I modify 1ghz, 200mhz with a default 10x multiplier to a 12x with those L cache, also do a voltage modifier with those pin from default 1.75v to 1.90v??? If so, how and is this setup stable??? If need to contact me, go to [email protected]
