Help! Boot Problem after Messing ASUS DIP 5 "Al Suite III"

The ram timings and voltge seems fine to me. The ambient is the temperature in your room where the PC is located. Average here for summer would be around 25c

We dont have a device that measures temperature of our room, but its always air conditioned 24/7. the estimated size of our room 8-10-sq meters.

But the biggest problem is the GPU-Graphics card, my dad will install it later and test if its okay or not i will report it to you guys.

when we install the gpu in the first time we bought it (3 weeks ago brand new gtx 970 g1) , the whole cpu is suffer a difficulty when starting to turn on what does it mean? the cpu fan will turn on and off then on then off then on but working in 2 weeks after that i misconfigure something in Al Suite III then the turning on and off problem is repeat and no display at all.

hi there, im still having a problem with our gigbyte gtx970 g1 is not working on pcie x16/x8slot but when i suddenly change it to 2nd slot which is x8 only its working please help me.
