Help me find a cheap 12" Laptop with s/video and batery life...

Hi guys, i want to have a kind of HTPC but also a laptop. I currently use coaxial cable from my puter to the tv and i get quite a quality loss in movies, i might get something like $800 in the next month or even more, just help me find a laptop (new, in a store preferably) with the following specs:

12.1"
Pentium III mobile (at least 800MHz) or Pentium M
20GB HD
CD-RW
S/Video out
Below $950 if possible.

Ive been trying to find a cheap laptop with my requirements, a kinda new one but my best aproaches were:

-a dell 600m refurb for around $1000, but its 14"

so, any suggestions?

they generally have laptops like that on www.overstock.com, some of the stuff they have there is new... I did a quick search and I found something close to what you want, I am not at home and can't use this computer forever, but look around, finding one with decent battery life is up to you

thnx man, i found a dell latitude c400 which meets almost all my requirements, the only detail is it hasnt tv out and this one is a must... ill take a look at deal forums...
