Well, I just bought a new router to replace my fubar Linksys... I just bought the D-Link 624, but i'm running it with the old CAT5 network we had before. Anyways, I opened port 80 for the webserver, and it does work, but the speeds I'm getting are crappy. I mean, with Port 80 opened (in the Application Tab, I just created a new thing called WebServer, which triggered port 80 and Public Port 80, I guess that's what you have to do), everything runs slowly, even just loading up Google.com ... It's like it is trying to authorize something, but it's taking way long. Anyways, can anyone help me fix this thing up ? I need port 80 opened for the Webserver to work, but not if it ****s up everything else
