I have a PIII 700 on a Chaintech CT-6BTA3 with a 440bx chipset and an award bios with CPU set up, this is what it says in the manual:

"CPU Setup:
The main board manufacturer developed seePU technology that allows you to easily change your CPU's clock multiplier factor and CPU Bus frequency in the BIOS."

Does this mean the FSB speed or by raising the settings in the BIOS from 7.0x100 to 7.0 x 112 am I just raising the cpus bus speed and not the bus speed of the PCI ,AGp slots as I cant find any settings in the bios to alter the PCI,AGP multipliers or jumpers on the board its self?

Anyhelp would be much appreciated thx:)

Increasing the bus speed will also raise the PCI and AGP bus speeds. They are all derived from the same clocks. In the BX chipset, the PCI divider will usually change automatically from 1/2 at 66FSAB to 1/3 at 100FSB, and most newer boards have 1/4 at 133FSB or perhaps a little sooner (124...)

AGP is often manually selected, either 1/1 or 2/3- typically done in the bios.
