Help Me Understand THIS issue!!

OK, below is a shot of EMIII with my main rig running at 1850 Mhz, 10 x 185, XP 1600 and A dedicated folder running at 1775, 10.5 x 169, XP 1600. The 1775 rig does a P610 frame in 2:50, my main rig is way slower at 4:23 a frame. What gives? Why would the FASTER maching have a slower frame time? I restarted the main rig (1850), and had no apps open, confirmed that core_65 is using 99% CPU. Is it that it is a different build? I'm stumped!!!!

Check the fah log it will tell you the clone and run if they're
different then they are 2 different proteins and the time will
be different for each clone and run

I had a feeling, that's what I meant by a "different build". ARe we sure?
