HELP! NoMouse? EpoX 8K7A+/Athlon 1.33

I have finally figured out how to get the processor to its stock benchmark or 1333 Mhz/266FSB but again when I set the board up this way I totaly lose USB mouse operation, I get the "no mouse found" error has anoyone run into this problem at all? I did post earlier regarding having the settings pumped up a bit and this problem ...but this is crazy fro there to be total USB failure at STOCK settings right?

Also should mention, Win98 SE as the OS and the mouse in question is a Microsoft Intellimouse Optical, I do have a PS2 mouse plugged in now and it works perfect, running Prime95 all night as we speak on the machine in question (burn in) ....
P.S. I built this system today from parts fresh off the FedEx truck!

ya for future refrences most USB does not work over 136FSB

Yeah thats what I eventually fingered out and tried....seems to work fine except in Unreal Tourney where the mouse seems to hang up a bit when i get edgy but other than that it seems to work fine....too bad about the USB thing...maybe when we get 3v USB it will all work itself out as a BIOS update?
