Help on Overclocking

I want to overclock my CPU to experience the best of my computer.
What must I do?

Here are my computer specs.:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.61GHz
Motherboard: MS-7309
RAM: Kingston 2GB DDR2 RAM
Computer Fans: 1 on the Power Supply
2 on the Computer Side
1 AMD CPU Fan
