Help Overclocking AMD 2400+

Need specific steps to overclock my 2400 in the bios. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

AMD 2400+ tbred model B OPGA
512k Corsair 3200 DDR extreme memory
MSI K7NG-ilsr motherboard
MSI TI 4200 8x 128DDR video
Antec Performance series II case
6 fans
PC Toys CPU cooler
CPU steady at 52 C

A little confused about how to set the memory along with cpu settings for overclocking.

Any suggestions?

you need to lower your cpu temp before you overclock your cpu any, you can raise the fsb and lower the multi for higher memory bandwidth without raising cpu speed though.

i'd invest in a better heatsink
