Okay,

I think i might have screwed up here. I've got an mx440 Se card which appears to look like 3# in the picture at the following website...

http://www.playtool.com/pages/agpcompat/agp.html

So, the card has both 3.3 volt and 1.5 volt keys on the card.

I think i might of screwed up here because I put it into a board that says Do not use a 3.3 volt agp card in it. The board is (was) at asrock p4i65g.

The card fit fine, but the system won't start and I think the agp card might have killed it.

I thought because the card had 1.5 key it would be okay. ??? Can someone confirm that i screwed up big here??

okay. after looking at this a bit i don't think i made a mistake. The mx440se should be fine in this motherboard. After looking at the bottom of the board it looks like one of the voltage regulators caused the burn.
