HELP! Soft CPU II wont let me overclock.. i think..

Ok.. I have an abit vt6x4 motherboard, w/ a p3 celeron 533mzh. I went into soft cpu II to try to speed up my processor, but if i change anything (ext clock) it stays the same speed, or slower. Ive been told i cant change the mult factor, i tried it and i found that seems true. Can anyone tell me how i need to go about overclocking my cpu? And do i do it in BIOS or what? Thanks for the help!

You need to change the ext clock setting to "user define" which should unlock the FSB for you.
