help...virus

hi...i was just doing my montly scan of my computer for viruses....apprarently i have a virus called. PE_nimda.E
what this virus does is just infect files...supposedly it isn't too dangerous but anyway... it loads itdelf through an exe called crss.exe...thats what the task manager is showing....its telling me it is a system process and therefore i cannot close it....what do i do?

thanks for the help...i downloaded that thing.says it worked. im not sure. well see... i saw that on the net but i didn't know if i needed a symantec virus program to use it...thank you for the help
