Help with an Intel VC 820 Please

Hi, I have an Intel VC 820 motherboard with a Cc0 stepped Celeron 633 on an ASUS Smart Card Slot 1 Adapter. I bought it with the jumpers set to run the celeron at 1000 MHz. I put the sloket in my board and turn the power on...nothing. The little orange led on the board lights up telling me i have juice, it's just that the board wont power up. I got kinda miffed, so i set the vcore to CPU default, and it still wont fire up. I don't know what gives. Any help is greatly appreciated.
