I'm terrible when it comes to a nice looking pc on the inside.
Any help or suggestions to clean this mess up?

Group that huge chunk of wires with some zip ties, since it dosn't look like you have a mobo tray to put the wires behind, just bunch it up all at the top. BTW, if you dont have a window, your cable job dosn't have to be godly, just do what I suggested and you should be fine.

is there anyway you can run the cables coming out of the psu between and the back door? Also get some zip ties for wire sleeving and put that on all the exposed wires. tape wire around the walls of the case instead of letting them run free acrossed the inside and you should have a pretty good start.

Stick your floppy cable in the drive cage and since you don't have to many places to hide your wires I would consider sleeving them and trying to run them all nicely together in neat rows.

Ok great suggestions. Thanks so much.Oh yeah there is no window so it doesnt have to be perfect but still...I want it the best it can be.

zip tie, even electrical tape, your psu wires...then do what every one said...try to keep them from disrupting your airflow

you just want to route your wiring/cables so they don't disrupt your air flow though the case...

Try to sort through the bunch of wires you have and sort out just the ones you need from the rest.

Bunch up the rest with zip ties (ones you don't need) and if you have room on top of the psu area, which it looks like you do, stick them up there (on top of psu).

For the ones you are using just try n make em neat so they don't get in the way of airflow etc!

Let me know how you go on :)

Looks like you do, could be a tight fit but at least it gets the darn things out of the way.

When i was doing mine i stuck them mostly in that area too

Cable ties are great, theres nothing they can't do when it comes to keeping stuff neat in cases :) you'll be fine! post pics up when you finish it

OK this is what I got done so far.Later on I'll get the cable ties and sleeving.
Is it A little bit better than before??? God I wish some of you guys lived near me! I would pay someone to do it right lol.

man that still looks terrible, just try zip tieing any cables that run in the same direction together and stuff any extra slack where you can..

I used some blue UV sleeving. Dropped my temps about 4c in my case. Kinda time consuming to put on, but well worth it.

If you havent already... you can throw some wires BEHIND The mother board, thats what I did. My wireing was at least 10x worse than yours, so all I did was unscrew the other side of my case and string thought what I could, only wire you see going across my parts now is my sata connector.

try ditching the round cables they look terible and there isnt much u can do about them try to get some 80 pin black flaties and mod them to the right leingth as for the rest nylon ties (red looks nice)

this could be the most expensive, but invest in one of those modular PSUs. they kill any wiring issue you may have(i know, cuz mine was worse than yours) and you have no excess cables to deal with.
