Help with figuring out why my overclocking doesn't work.

Did 3.7 and the temps were very similar. And then the memory was at 1080mhz not 1333mhz. Now I have it on 3.5ghz with the memory on 1333 and the max temp is 80 and idle around 45-50. Degrees OFC.
