Hi, I want to have the Windows 2000 white box "welcome to windows" logon screen for my wallpaper. Does anyone have this or is able to tell me how t get it?

You want that as your background, or you want that to pop up when you log on? To get it to come up when you log on, search around on Google for the guide. For a screenshot, just ask somebody to take one for you.

I want to have a screenshot of that as my wallpaper. How do you get a screenshot before windows loads?
 
If Print Screen doesn't work, then I couldn't tell you. All I can think of is just push print screen and when Windows is done booting, try and paste it into an image editing app. If it doesn't work, then it's not gonna'.

You should be able to use a resource hacker to get it out of whatever program its in (probably either kernel.exe or explorer.exe.
