Help with k6-2 and sound card

I have a k6-2 500 on a gigabyte ga5ax (not overclocked) with a SB live value and every time I shut down the pc I get this message to allocate PCI resources for creative sound card. I have non pnp os setup in the bios I have checked my system resources and have no conflicts I also have my pci resources set to manual in the bios and nothing shows being shared, as far as I know I have the latest bios release and Ali drivers. any help would be appreciated.
