Help with Lian Li case mod for cooling

I have an original Lian Li PC-60 aluminum case. The case has two front intake fans and a rear exhaust fan stock.

If I run it with the side panel off my CPU temps drop and my case temps rise.

If I run it with the side panel on my case temps drop and my CPU temps rise.

How should I mod this case for better temps? I was thinking blowhole on top and maybe a side fan?

side fans always help big time. my lian-li pc61 came with a blowhole. it's nice and all, but I don't see it doing as much good as two fans on the side would do.
