I have a friend that would like to OC his machine and he asked me for some help. I have some experience OCing a P4 2.4c on an Asus board but that is about it. Can anyone give me some advice on how to overclock the following machine, or if it is even possible?

CPU: P4 2.4b (stock cooling) currently running 18x133
MB: Abit BE7
Memory: 1 stick of 512 mb ddr pc 2700

If anyone has any knowledge of this setup and if it can be OCed, please post here. If you need anymore info just ask and I will be sure to get it for you.

Thanks!

- Lock AGP/PCI
- Increase vcore to 1.6v
- Increase vdimm to 2.8v
- Set memory ratio to 1:1

Start increasing FSB...
I recommend booting in to windows at 133FSB and then with clock with setfsb or clockgen.
