Help with PSU selection please

My roomate and I are building a new computer. The system will be mainly comprised of:

A7V333 w\out RAID
XP1600+
Samsung 256mb pc2700 ddr
GF4 MX440 (PCI....he had already purchased the card a few months back for his old Dell so he's transferring it to this new pc)
40gb Maxtor HDD
SB Audigy

When I bought my Antec SX1040B case a while back it came with a 300w power supply which is rated at +3.3 and +5 combined =180w.

I didn't use the Antec PSU because I purchased an Enermax 431w PSU. Will the Antec PSU be sufficient for this system, or will it need a bigger PSU??

Looks ok for what hardware you've listed.

I would think the 300w Antec would limit your O/Cing potential more than the Enermax, otherwise the Antec should do it.
