Ok, i have just got my new Asus K8V SE and my AMD 64 3200+. but this thing is DAMN HOT. i cant keep it cool. It keeps crashing, but when it crashes, the screen is just blank. nothing. doesnt restart, doesnt shut off, just a blank screen. not exactly sure what heatsink was on it, but i am guessing i need a better one. any suggestions? im not planning on overclocking this one......too high, but something that will allow me to run it stable at stock config. thanks

Thermalright SP-97 is one of the best HS out there for an AMD.

What are you using now? How many fans are in your case? How are they arranged? Can you post a picture?

I have a RaidMac Scorpio Mid tower. There are 2 exhaust fans in the back, 2 Intake fans in the front and 1 fan on the side of the case. not really sure what heatsink is on my processor.
