Is an ATX12V connector required for an Asus P4T-E Motherboard w/ a P4 Northwood? I am using a normal ATX 300watt, and the PC is setup completely and correctly, yet it still doesnt boot (fans n everything goes on, the video starts to start, then goes back to sleep).
