Herc is a pretty nice card, i think it would be a pretty good overclocker considering Herc standard RAM heatsinks and all, plus the card comes with Morrowind full version (i think its either morrowind or never winter nights umm i forgot which one) herc cards are very good and stable .. i had my hercules 3dprophet II ultra (geforce 2 ultra) i used it for about 2 years and more without any problem
