I have a cheap solution for a replacement to water wetter. My friend is an owner of a car shop which supplies water wetter. He had told me and also confirmed by the RedLine rep that Water Wetter is only SOAP WATER! I just don't know the the water to soap ratio.

Try standard soap

Use 2 or 3 drops of dish-detergent, I think this is enough. Fink !!! We could really use your vision on this one. Please also see your previous post about the coolant.
 
I replied in the other thread. Basicly, it may be true that they use a surficant or non-ionic phase transfer catalyst, but I need to do some reading before I stick my foot in it....
