I'm a little lost on this one. I've got this program running and I can see it, interact with it, and use it, but when I try to find it in the process list it isn't there  I even used Process Explorer NT and it isn't listed there either. I know it is using CPU time, but I can't find the process anywhere! I have no idea what to do here, and I sort of need to be able to access it's process and kill it sometimes. Anyone have any ideas on this one? And of course if you need any more information then please let me know.

Thanks. :D

If its running as a service, then its most likely listed under services.exe

It could also be hiding in svchost process.

If you name the app we can point it out for you.

Also if it starts at bootup you can look in msconfig.exe under startup and see if you can find it in there.

The app name is "psu.exe" at least I think that is the apps name, but it never shows up in the list so I don't know for sure

It's weird though, under process explorer the thing eating up all my CPU time is....System idle time :( and this is a game so I KNOW it is eating up CPU time.

umm, system idle process is a game? and as far as psu.exe goes, I think your power supply is stealing your mhz.

WHAT?! That traitor! I'll make him pay!

Software is not going to help him. The game he installed uses rootkits and driver level software to hide it. Only thing he can do simply is reformat and reinstall windows IMHO

Dump that game it uses nprotect, as bad as Starforce
read here
That's WAYY more horrid then VAC2's holes and far more destructive and intrusive then WoW's "The Warden" could ever be unless it was hijacked.
PSU's nProtect takes over most of your computer and can crash you off if it's tripped.
I suggest you burn-off your whole HDD or run it in an emu, if you want that piece of sh** off your computer.

If you thought Blizzard was bad, looking into ALL of your active memory...
nProtect is far worse and hijacks your whole computer... and the damage is irreversible.

ummm...how would that fix my problem?

besides, I'm not dumping this game just because those morons at sega use nprotect...although it does make me want to hurt sega.

nm, I just read that link, and now I'm absolutely ****ed at sega. I no longer want to hurt sega, I want to ram their head into a ****ing wall until they die!:mad:
