I am at level 5 and my hitpoints have improved everytime I leveled up, but my henchman's stay the same at 36, is there something special I should do or does he do it automatically?

Ho do you level up your henchman in NWN?

My henchmen always seemed lvl around the same time mine did. Never noticed what there HP's were at, but they seemed to be able to take a beating again. What Hinchman are you having problems with.
