Host files from 1 drive, but not others..

I've go a 120Gig HD with multiple partitions. I also have a DSL connection. Is it possiable for me to host files to the net (pictures, vids..) on only 1 partition?

I've also got a DSL router inline.

Any help? Thanks

Ok, I figured one of those was in there somewhere. Forgive the n00bness here. Networking and hosting and such is still new to me.
