Hot Laptop Deal - ASUS 15.6" 1080p A10-5750M 8GB RAM w/ AMD Dual Graphics $629
Hey guys!
I just ordered two of these (one for myself, one for my mother) and I thought they were a steal, specs wise, for the price so I thought I'd share here.
It's sort of last year's model, with the refresh being the ASUS X Series, but aesthetically the laptops look the same.
With 1080p and IPS, the screen should look great with better than average viewing angles. I do some photo work and this laptop will be perfect for me with it's combination of hardware and features.
This is basically the cheapest 1080p laptop I could find on the market and it's packed full with AMD's fastest Richland Mobile APU, 8GB RAM and powerful dual graphics. Furthermore, it seems the display is IPS combined with a matte finish which is great! Looks to me like a productivity monster with great 720p gaming potential on the side.

Battery: 4-cell Lithium Ion 2950mAh <---the weak point for sure, but with a tool like PSCheck to undervolt and/or underclock CPU, I think it will be fine.
