How am i supposed to use uhs-III sd cards if there is not a single card reader

I supposed you can read and write onn a uhs-3 card using any sd card reader, but how am i supposed to fully used the highest speed on them if there not seem to be a single uhs-iii card reader. The highest ones are uhs-ii at much.

Am i missing anything.

Card is a samsung pro plus 95/90 if im not wrong. I see no reason needing a card reader to make backups to buy a slower one that will make the card go slower than it can go. Ive read kingston, sandisk, transcend, samsung, and some more and found not a single one, did i skipped anything.
