How are these voltages?

I was looking at a friends comp at his workplace. he only has a 300w Enermax powersupply for a 1 ghz amd system with 2 hard drives, a floppy, 1 cd-rom, 1 cd-rw, quite a few pci devices, and a 17" crt monitor. Upon booting in the bios they were 3.3 @ 3.41, 5.0 @ 5.0, 12 @ 12.3(i'm not sure about this one, I kindof forgot.. ) How are these? Do you think he needs a new power supply? What programs could I use to test the voltages under load(I've heard a few names of some, but I can't recall them right now, maybe sandra or sisoft or something...not sure)

I think the voltages are fine as you listed, but as you mentioned, you should really check them under load while the computer is actually running. You could use Motherboard Monitor 5 (MBM) or Sisoft Sandra.
MBM5 is nice because you can run it in the background and it will log all of your readings. You can then see the low, high, and average for each reading.
