how are waterblocks made?

when they are drilled out the middle how are the caps put on again? i have wondered about that a lot.. and i cant figure it out, do they solder it on? or what do they do?

well depeneding on which block, most are milled useing a miller from a siold block of copper. copper can be soldered together w/ flux (like brass i believe).
its pretty simple actually. theres alot of reviews online about how there made. look on the front page of overclockers.com under the watercooling section, there are a few that were made my members here.
