How can i check the settings?

Hi all, I'm thinking about swapping someone a hdd for a Intel P4 2.4C, but i really what to know what these things can do first. I have two no. off him etc. My question is where can i check the no. to see if this is a good cpu to o/c?

yep... those are sure some numbers.... maby posting them in the intel section would be more helpfull, I don't know much about intel steppings.

Thats a D1 it will do between 3.0 and 3.6 for the most part.

Next time post this in the appropriate cpu section.

It's also a week 21 of 2003. There is a sticky post in the Intel section that tells how to decode the batch code numbers. The average O/C for that CPU using decent air is probably about 3.2 to 3.4 gig (your mileage may vary).
