How can I Jump/Short this 125w PSU??

I have a couple of old PSU's I know work and I would like to be able to Jumpstart it for testing my new H20 rig I am working on.

Can anyone tell me what wires to cross??

you short the green wire and the black wire on the 20 pin connector.

But if you look in that psu plug it only has 14 pins, 13 wires actually the one pin is blocked off.

if you don't ever plan to use that psu again. you can cut all the wires off except the green and one black.

Take the palstic off each end and twist them together, then cover in electric tape. should work.

It's a proprietary HP Vectra VL power supply and I don't recommend using it for anything other than a paperweight or doorstop.

ok , I am sure I can get a regular atx supply from someone to use.

I just thought seeing I had a couple I could make use of them.
