Need help with OC my AMD 1700+.

How can I increase the Speed of the processor by overclocking the CPUFSB or something else !!!

H E L P !!!

(It was easier with my MSI board)

Perhaps a good starting point would be to read your manual in detail and the beginners guides on the front page which should provide you with the all the information and risks involved with overclocking

You better stay with the MSI board. These ECS mainboards are WAY TOO ADVANCED for you!

THX a lot my master... Not everyone could be as good as you...

Wonder how he got to 1700mhz using 297mhz/294mhz
I've never seen 143.5fsb before.
(?):eh?: :eh?:

multiplier:
as far as i know 11

THE OC 297/294 is my radeon card. chip and ramdac

good program to overclock a radeon card is
using the radeonater ver. 1.5

get it at www.computerbase.de

there you'll get a optimized driver for radeon 7500/8500 cards, too

If your multiplier is at 11x and fsb at 150mhz, then your running at 1650mhz, not 1700mhz.

you're right. Now im running with 11

got a tool to get it @ 1700Mhz but it destroyed my windows!!! and got drive problems.

Don't know why.

now running @ 1613 Mhz with CPUFSB

That's what I'm at too (146.7mhz). Running very stable but
can't post at 150mhz no matter what I do.

Did the Vcore mod and upped my vcore to 2.01. still locks up at 150fsb. I think I'lll upgrade to pc2700 and hope that solves my problem.
