Ok am getting a ati 7500 with twin vga.
i wanna make it so i have my main montior asways as my pc monitor but my second monitor to be able to swwitch from cable tv to my desktop.
is this possible with a tv card or something?
any help be cool

It should be possable, as long as the software with the TV tuner is compatable with Dual monitors.

Personally, i think you'd have better luck just keeping the second monitor seperate from the system and using a viewsonic monitor to high resolution tv box, they run for like 100 bucks, check it out at viewsonic.com

i dont have much room left in this room and i already have a tv in it. i wanna move the tv in here and put am monitor there so i can use it as a duel monitor, run windows media player movies on it while still doing other things on my computer and also have the option of watching some good ol' cable.

you can't display two different things from your computer at once, both your monitors would be displaying the same things, that and the box from viewsonic isn't big.

ok just to tell you. your wrong windows can display a different window on each monitor.

Yes, it can display a "window" on a separate moitor, but you can't get it to go fullscreen on the second monitor. But, if you're doing something else at the same time the little window border shouldn't bother you.
