Them cisco routers use motorolla processors could you overclock one?

It would be possible, but you'd have to be able to decode pcb and circuitry to find the clock controller. Even then, you'll only see speed increases at packet rates that are insanely high (which you won't unless you aggregate a few T-1's or have at least a partial DS3 and a few hundred users).

And with products as damn expensive as Cisco's I wouldn't for fear of torching it.

sure it is feasible, if it is the same processors in phones they definetly.

Routers, like modems, can't be overclocked to achieve faster connect rates (or T1 rates, etc.). They theoretically can be overclocked to achieve faster computational rates such as packet decoding, access control list evaluation, etc. One possibility (and concern) is that the interface clocks are somehow bound to the processor clock. If they are, and you were successful in overclocking the processor, then you would end up with a very fast router that had no ability to connect to anything; the fairly accurate timing required to connect the various media types would be far out of spec.
